ICF International is hiring a permanent Director for the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Low Emissions Asian Development (LEAD) program?s recently launched Asian Greenhouse Gas Management Center (AGMC) in Bangkok, Thailand. The director will lead the development of curriculum, resources and delivery of programs, establishing partnerships, new funding sources, and operational systems. The incumbent will report to the Chief of Party of the USAID LEAD program, and will closely collaborate with the program?s client (USAID RDMA), academic and professional units within the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), and LEAD subcontractors (e.g., the Greenhouse Gas Management Institute).
