We are pleased to announce that the registration and abstract/proposal
submission is now open (deadline 30 April 2015) for this workshop.
Numerical Weather Prediction models and products are continually
developing in response to societal needs. The workshop aims to bring
together the academic, forecasting and training communities to discuss
future training needs and solutions.
We will focus on three themes:
? Changes in numerical weather prediction, services and role of forecasters
? Mapping NWP education and training strategies today and tomorrow
? The avant-garde (demonstrations / experimental techniques)
