The Department of Meteorology and Climate Science at San Jos? State
University has several Graduate Assistant positions available for the
2012-2013 academic year. In addition to Teaching Assistant positions,
there are Research Assistant positions in areas of climate modeling,
fire weather and wildfire dynamics, mesoscale and tropical cyclone
modeling, satellite remote sensing and land-biosphere-atmosphere
interactions, urban effects, and wind energy applications. These
positions are available for qualified full-time (minimum of 9
credits/semester) graduate students in our Masters program.
