The National Oceanography Centre is the UK?s national research organisation delivering integrated marine science and technology from the coast to the deep ocean and is one of the top five institutions of its kind in the world.
We are seeking to recruit two senior positions: a Senior Research Scientist and a Senior Technologist to join the vibrant team at our Liverpool site. Our scientists here conduct advanced research into global and regional sea level change, study fundamental physical processes in the shelf sea and coastal marine system, and develop and apply world leading ocean models. Within our Ocean Technology and Engineering Group we carry out world-leading design and development of ocean landers, bottom pressure recorders, optical and acoustic measurement techniques and acoustic and satellite telemetry.
