Post-doctoral scientist
in the research unit Marine Meteorology and the working group "Climate Modelling".
Job Description
The goal of the position is to couple the atmosphere model IFS (Integrated
Forecasting System) developed at the ECMWF with the ocean model NEMO to study
internal and externally forced climate variability. The coupled model also will be
applied to study seasonal to decadal climate predictability. Moreover, comparisons
with other climate models will be performed.
The closing date for applications is 31.01.2017.
